Shipping Fee

If your order amount less than ￥30,000 there will be some delivery fee. When quoting, we will let you know the delivery fee accordingly.
However, for oversized product and large QTY order, we may have to discuss each other for delivery fee again.
>>For foreign customer
(Weight less than 100kg case)
We have shipping service worldwide via Fedex , air freight fee will be quote accordingly with product and weight. Normally, you will receive the product within 2-5 days (Depend on destination) after shipping day.
In case of HS code or special shipping document needed, please inform us prior upon request for quotation
(Weight more than 100kg case)
Due to air fright fee could be expensive for heavy weight product (Of course, we can ship via air freight if cost is acceptable with customer).
We can provide sea freight service as EXW, FOB, or CIF or other depending on your request for competitive shipping fee.
Customized packaging and packing also available as customer request
About Payment
Basically, we do accept cash payment bank transfer but in case that you are a company and you would like to issue a credit term, you can send us your billing schedule and company related documents and we will consider about your request
For first time customer, we may ask you to operate 100% amount of your order via cash or bank transfer to us first before we arranged the product.
This can be negotiable depend on condition, please feel free to let us know.

About Delivery
Lead time may vary due to stock availability
As we have over 700,000SKU in stock, most of standard products will be ready to deliver within 1-2 days.
For custom made or non-stock product, we will let you know delivery date upon our quotation has made.
Shipping time to various destination worldwide will be varies depend on customer destinations

If you are in Japan, please contact or sales assistant team for pick up at our company.
Next-day Delivery

For the order which placed to us by 15.00 of the day before, will be Next-day delivery.
*You can let us know your deliver location, order which placed by 10.00AM will be delivered the next day (Depends on region) *
There will be no delivery fee for your order amount more than ￥30,000.
Delivery will be operating with our delivery team or outsourced delivery companies (Depends on area)
